Vous acceptez expressément que l'utilisation ou l'incapacité d'utiliser le service se fait à vos risques et périls. En aucun cas Dibbs (FLEGGS BV), nos administrateurs, dirigeants, employés, affiliés, agents, contractants, stagiaires, fournisseurs, prestataires de services ou concédants de licence ne pourront être tenus responsables de toute blessure, perte, réclamation ou de tout dommage direct, indirect, accessoire, punitif, spécial ou consécutif de quelque nature que ce soit.

Section 14, Indemnisation

Vous acceptez d'indemniser, de défendre et de protéger Dibbs (FLEGGS BV), ainsi que nos sociétés mères, filiales, sociétés affiliées, partenaires, responsables, directeurs, agents, contractants, concédants, prestataires de services, sous-traitants, fournisseurs, stagiaires et employés, quant à toute réclamation ou demande faite par une tierce partie à cause de ou découlant de votre violation de ces Conditions d'utilisation.

Section 15, Divisibilité

Dans le cas où une disposition des présentes Conditions d'utilisation est jugée illégale, nulle ou inapplicable, cette disposition sera néanmoins exécutoire dans toute la mesure permise par la loi applicable, et la partie inapplicable sera réputée être séparée des présentes Conditions d'utilisation.

Section 16, Résiliation

Les présentes conditions d'utilisation sont valables jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient résiliées par vous ou par nous. Vous pouvez résilier les présentes conditions de service à tout moment en nous informant que vous ne souhaitez plus utiliser nos services. Si nous estimons que vous ne respectez pas l'un des termes ou l'une des dispositions des présentes conditions de service, nous pouvons également résilier le présent accord à tout moment sans préavis.

Section 17, Intégralité de l'accord

Les présentes conditions de service et toute politique ou règle de fonctionnement publiée par nous sur ce site ou concernant le service constituent l'intégralité de l'accord et de la convention entre vous et nous et régissent votre utilisation du service.

Section 18, Droit applicable

Les présentes conditions de service et tout accord séparé par lequel nous vous fournissons des services seront régis et interprétés conformément aux lois de la Belgique. Tout litige relatif à ces conditions de service sera soumis à la juridiction des tribunaux d'Anvers, Belgique.
